Do I need any Pilates Experience?
Not at all. Our instructors are trained to guide complete beginners through every movement. Your first class will be a full introduction — just show up and we'll take care of the rest.
What if I'm not in great shape right now?
You're in the right place. Reformer Pilates is low-impact and fully modifiable for every body. We meet you exactly where you are — no judgment, ever.
When does my 21 days start?
Your 21 days begin on the date of your first class, not the date of purchase — so you have time to get your schedule sorted before you begin.
Will I be automatically charged after 21 days?
No. Your intro offer ends at 21 days and nothing happens after that unless you choose to continue. There is no auto-renewal, no surprise billing, and no pressure.
How many classes can I take in 21 days?
As many as you want. Truly unlimited. Some clients come everyday. Most settle into a rhythm of 3–5 classes per week — but the choice is completely yours.
